I've called Josh several times new roof,hot water heater, and in an emergency Josh will be there in a timely manner.....I've known Josh several years and there is no other contractor i would call or trust with my home and property.......I believe that Lucas Wheeler is angry with Josh because Josh had to fire him because he didn't complete a job correctly and anyone knows that no one gets paid til the job is complete.... LUCUS please quit making fake profiles and such and let this be a lesson of do the job correctly or if you don't know how ask someone. ~ Jessie D
Josh and his crew recently did a total exterior remodel for me.......Siding, Gutters, Roof and paint. Throughout the entire process, Josh was in constant communication with me and was very keen on making sure that the job was completed with great care and attention to details. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to exterior remodels and did a fantastic job ensuring that my roof and siding will protect my house from the elements for many years. If I ever had a concern, he was quick to respond. Josh and his crew were also very cognizant of the fact that while they were completing the work, there was a family living inside the project area and he made sure to keep his work area safe and clean (something that I appreciated immensely). My wife and I are both very pleased with new look of our house and can certainly recommend Josh Brooks Construction and Renovation. ~ Jim B
Josh and his crew transformed our old, leaky roof into a beautiful new one. What impressed us most was their ability to work through a challenging weather forecast without delays. Josh offered us creative solutions for some tricky areas, ensuring we got the best results. His team was friendly and respectful, maintaining a clean job site throughout.
